Cy Winstanley
Cy Winstanley is a New Zealand born, Nashville based songwriter, guitarist and singer. In 2021 and 2022 he released singles from ‘The Dumplings EP’, his first solo outing.
With an underlying humor and joy, the collection showcases Cy’s breadth as a songwriter, giving an exciting introduction to a new sonic chapter in the work of this diverse and life-loving musician.
His band Tattletale Saints has released 4 albums, most recently 2023's 'In the Summertime', a collection of covers celebrating many years of tunes on the road . The albums ‘Dancing Under the Dogwoods’ & ‘How Red is The Blood’ won the New Zealand music award for Folk Album of The Year 2021 & 2014.
Cy works as a studio and live guitarist and has played for a variety of artists including Brandy Clark, Peter Bradley Adams, Andrew Combs, Rachel Baiman and many more.
